Letter – March 11th, 2026

March 11th, 2026

I’m writing from India, Odisha to be precise, the land of the tribals. Sometimes, like today, while wars rage, I wonder what I am doing travelling the world at 70, trying to find flames to preserve, people to help, and children to give hope to, towards a future that is increasingly difficult and devoid of heart and common sense.

Meanwhile, I think that if everyone, all men, women and children, were to get involved in looking and seeing, truly seeing, what is happening on the planet and what and how much we can do to

improve our lives and those of others, then in a short time, a new trend, NOT ONLY a materialistic one, would emerge in everyone’s consciousness.

When we receive your support or when you become a member, my heart expands, and again and again, a sigh of gratitude gives me hope that I can carry on with my projects, and my thoughts

are not only for myself, but for Plato school, which has been around for almost 30 years, and for those who choose to help, for those who consider it a right.

When I present our Project, I always tell people… Choose whom to give to. You know what

your affinities, bonds, affections, and trusts are. I don’t ask you to give to the Centro Studi Platone specifically, but to give. It’s an important way of looking at life, a way that can embrace differences, different attitudes, beliefs, and visions, connecting everyone with one voice.

SOLIDARITY.

The number of children in India is increasing. Starting in April, there will be a new large wave of children. Helping them, especially now with this violence that surrounds us everywhere, is for me a SIGN of REBIRTH and of safeguarding values, first and foremost NON-VIOLENCE.

I would like to write to you more, to tell you about the successes and the feeling that our children, many of them, are truly interested in THINKING, in having the right TO THINK, the right to be critical, and to give Free Will its own meaning.

Every week now, for quite some time, we’ve been continuing our Italy-India lessons on the correct use of cell phones, preserving natural skills like drawing, dancing, listening to music, caring for others, and a sense of responsibility. It’s a joy to listen to their questions, which are the SIMPLE ones that almost no one asks, not even adults.

I take this opportunity to thank those who have become SUPPORTING MEMBERS of the Centro Studi Platone because they not only help us, but they help me to believe again and again in LIFE, which children show us as an inexhaustible source of renewal and which adults can help to exist.

A heartfelt hug

The Founder
